09-24-10 Medialocate Selected as Winner of 2010 "Best Places to Work" Award

Pacific Grove, CA: Medialocate was named a "Best Places to Work" winner for Monterey County (for private business employers with less than 75 employees) by the Monterey County Business Council (MCBC) at an award luncheon attended by many members of the local business community as well as state officials.

Personnel Dynamics Consulting, a nationally recognized work place evaluation company in Florida, designed the 40-question survey used to identify the "Best Places to Work." Personnel Dynamics analyzed the data and calculated the turnover rates, growth percentages, promotion percentages, and benefit packages for each company. A total of 37 different measurements were analyzed to determine the winner.

California State Assemblyman Bill Monning attended the event and personally gave out the award. Medialocate also received a congressional recognition certificate for "outstanding and invaluable services to the community" from Congressman Sam Farr.
